How 'bout we ALSO assume that most programmers nowadays are ALSO at least "morons" (IQ at or below 70). I have been a programmer and user for over 40 years and to be honest, I have rarely seen such a mess as the ones I just tried to set up accounts on: searscard.com and capitalone.com/smallbusiness

Popups which cover the dialog boxes you're trying to type in, email address change links which don't work, requiring one to send an email to "customer service" (which fills in the old email address you're trying to change), error messages that don't redirect to some useful page, "back" buttons that just refresh the error page you're trying to navigate away from, are just SMALL irritations that I am subjected to EVERY DAY, not to mention the major frustrations I run across. And don't get me started on the customer "service" lines all these companies use which only go to Bumphuque, India . . . where simple logic is nonexistent.

Is everyone a moron these days?
